Do you accept walk-ins

Yes subject to availability, it’s worth calling us ahead of your visit to check.

Do you have a dress code?

I have made a booking and paid a deposit, I now need to change or cancel this booking.

We are unable to change or amend bookings. If you cannot make your booking we are unable to refund your deposit. Cancel your existing booking and re-book for another day.

I am running late for my booking, what shall I do?

Please do call the restaurant or email reservations@octaveskitchen.com if you are running late. The grace period is 15 minutes, after that time the system automatically releases your space back to the public. Please do not badger staff to seat you if you are late.

If I am late will I still get my two hours?

Your two hour window starts at your booking time, not the time you arrive. i,e if your booking time is 18:00 we require your seat back at 20:00 even if you arrive at 18:15.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menu options?

Yes we have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes available on our menu. The current gluten free items are: Curry Goat, Curry Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Peppered Prawns, Ackee Fried Rice, White Rice, Plantain, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Steamed Veg, Side Salad & Jollof Rice.

Is gratuity included in the bill, or should I leave a tip?

There is a no gratuity included in the bill, feel free to tip staff directly.

Yes, we are supplied by Haji and Sons
