What are the restaurant's operating hours?

When can I book for All-You-Can-Eat?
Thursdays - Sundays.

Some of our group would like to do A La Carte and some would like to do All You Can Eat, is this allowed?
No, your group can either all have All You Can Eat or all have A La Carte.
I can’t make a booking for +5 people
Please drop us an email on reservations@octaveskitchen.com if you would like to book a table for more than 5 people.

Yes subject to availability, it’s worth calling us ahead of your visit to check.

Do you have a dress code?
No

I have made a booking and paid a deposit, I now need to change or cancel this booking.
We are unable to change or amend bookings. If you cannot make your booking we are unable to refund your deposit. Cancel your existing booking and re-book for another day.
I am running late for my booking, what shall I do?
Please do call the restaurant or email reservations@octaveskitchen.com if you are running late. The grace period is 15 minutes, after that time the system automatically releases your space back to the public. Please do not badger staff to seat you if you are late.
If I am late will I still get my two hours?
Your two hour window starts at your booking time, not the time you arrive. i,e if your booking time is 18:00 we require your seat back at 20:00 even if you arrive at 18:15.
What is a wastage fee?
Wastage fee is charged at £10 per person at Octaves. If you have not ordered responsibly and leave multiple dishes at the end of your meal, we reserve the right to charge you for the wasted food.
Can I take my left overs home?
Takeaway containers are charged at £10 per container, we encourage you to only order what you can eat, to avoid requiring one, but should you have genuine left overs that you want to take home, you can buy a container.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menu options?
Yes we have a selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes available on our menu. The current gluten free items are: Curry Goat, Curry Chicken, Grilled Salmon, Peppered Prawns, Chickpea Curry, Ackee Fried Rice, White Rice, Plantain, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Side Salad & Jollof Rice.
Is gratuity included in the bill, or should I leave a tip?
There is a 12.5% service charge
